Just a reminder that Dover workouts are moved indoors today (7/24) and on Sunday (7/27) due to events at the JT Pool.

[GBM ENews List] Bob Fernald Conquers the English Channel

Huge Congratulations to team mate Bob Fernald who today swam the the English Channel. Setting out shortly before 5am UK time this morning, Bob completed the swim in a fast 10 hours and 50 minutes.  Bob's achievement is all the more remarkable because in April he broke his ankle in a nasty domestic accident, which kept him out of the water for quite a while, and he is still on crutches.  Kudos on your fantastic effort Bob!!

[GBM ENews List] Thurs Inside & Social After, Sunday Inside

Quick update that this Thursday & Sunday (7/10, 7/13) will be indoors due to a youth swim meet at the JT Pool. 

Thirsty Moose After Thursdays workout!   We will walk over (one perk of being indoors) after practice for some food and beverages at the recently opened Thirsty Moose Dover!
