[GBM ENews List] Portsmouth Registration Form (PDF attached)

Hi Folks - 

If you plan on attending the Portsmouth workouts this year please fill out the attached registration form and return it to the Portsmouth Indoor Pool with payment.  They are not open for swimming this week but they will have staff in the office to process registrations.    

We have 5 lanes this year and will be accepting 30 swimmers.  They will not hold spots without the attached registration form filled out and turned in with payment.  They accept cash and check.

Monday, September 8 – December 17, 2014

• Master's Fall 2014 will contain 30 swims on the swipe card
• Swipe cards can be used for Master practices Monday and Wednesday 6pm-7pm. If a practice is missed swipe cards can be used for lap swim during Portsmouth Indoor Pool Lap swim times
• Please make sure you swipe your card before practice and/or when entering for lap swim
• Master's swipe passes are not prorated and refunds are not available.
  
• All Master's Fall swipe cards will expire December 31, 2014
  
• If you use up all 30 swims before December 31, 2014 you MUST purchase a FULL Master's swipe pass for the remainder of the year
  
• Resident = $200
  
• Non-Resident = $225
